• Led basic and detailed design for Fume Treatment Plants (FTP), including ducting,

settling chambers, and quenching towers for Tata Steel UK (Port Talbot) and Tulum

Energy, Tenum (Monterrey, Mexico).

• Provided technical oversight for the 60-day rebuild of the 20 MW Northam F2 PGM

furnace, completed 5 hours behind schedule.

• Designed furnace casting, relining, tapping fume extraction systems (Tiptonville, TN,

USA) and hydraulic systems for electrode regulation, clamping, slipping, and ladle

lifting (Sinova).

• Conducted permit engineering studies for DRI plant systems (Germany, HKM) and

offered site construction support for PGM recycling greenfield plant (Jiaxing, China).
